Ordering |
We offer our products to our
retail
stores and accounts on a wholesale basis only as
follows:
- $150 minimum domestic order
- $1000 minimum international order
- Our order desk is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday. If no one is in
the office to take your call, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail system and your call will be returned.
Orders may also be faxed or E-mailed at any time. Please send all E-mails to
info@foxoutdoor.com.

| Prices |
| Due to fluctuations in labor, material and currency,
prices are subject to change without notice. All goods
will be shipped at prices that are in effect at the
time of shipping. If you are a retailer and would like online access
to our pricing list, please send us an email at

| Terms |
| C.O.D. company check or net 30 day terms are
available to accounts with approved credit. To
establish credit, an application must be submitted.
Please allow 30 days for credit check. All other
accounts will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis, or by
money order, certified check or wire transfer. Visa,
MasterCard and American Express credit cards are also
accepted.

| All shipments are F.O.B. Melrose Park, IL USA |
| Backorders |
| Items out-of-stock will be backordered and shipped
within 60 days after the order is placed. Afterwards,
the order will be automatically cancelled. A "No
Backorder" policy is available by customer
request. |
| Canvas Goods |
| All canvas bags, backpacks and rucksacks and
accessory items are made of 22 oz. heavyweight cotton material.

| Surplus Goods |
| All items in used, repaired condition unless noted
otherwise. Sizes may vary. All surplus items subject
to availability.

| Claims & Returns
|
- No returns will be accepted without
authorization.
- All claims must be made within 10 days of
receipt of goods.
- Defective merchandise must be returned, freight
pre-paid, within 10 days of receipt of goods. If
the returned merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears
markings, stickers, or tags not originally on the
product, it will not be accepted.

| Freight Claims |
| In the event that merchandise is lost or damaged in
transit, it is the customer's responsibility to notify
the carrier at the time of delivery. We are not
responsible for damage, pilferage or loss that occurs
in transit. Please call and we will assist with
freight claims and provide any needed documentation.

- We will never share your personally identifiable
information (name, postal address, phone number,
email address, etc) with any third party.
- We will never contact you without your explicit
permission.
- Your information is stored on our secure server.
- You may view, update, or remove your personally
